A Little Bit About Frankie…

Frankie Sailer is a passionate NYC-based young professional whose wide range of interests and experiences have her eager to find her next opportunity and attack it with full force. From experience in digital strategy to instructing in the yoga studio, Frankie challenges the idea that we all must fit in one box and believes there is room for us all to pursue a wide range of passions.

Frankie has never shied away from filling her plate, both figuratively and literally, and her motto is “I’ll try anything once!”. Frankie spent her first few years post grad working in creative agencies, where she acted as an omnichannel strategist, helping develop brand narratives, create targeted content for specific audiences, and gain an understanding of true omnichannel functionality in the digital age. After some soul searching, traveling and of course, eating, Frankie realized she sees herself building a career centered in the food space. Frankie continues with this mindset of approaching her newest challenge with full force, which has led her to currently balancing full-time grad school with yoga instruction.

Frankie grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, before heading to the east coast to attend Syracuse University, where she graduated with a dual degree in Marketing and Public Relations, plus a minor in Psychology. Frankie loved New York State so much she never left! She made the move to NYC shortly after graduating, where currently resides in Brooklyn with her partner and cat while pursuing her Food Studies Master’s degree from the NYU Steinhardt School.

If you can’t find Frankie, she is likely curled up on the couch with a good book and her cat, at CorePower Yoga teaching, on a walk shooting film or in the kitchen prepping for a last minute themed-dinner party with friends. Frankie’s dream is to share the things she loves with others and she continues to work on finding her own personal voice and brand within the food and beverage world.
